Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • How to Return: To return an item, please email your order no at tasclothings11@gmail.com and team will guide you through the process.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is returned outside the specified timeframe.
  • Original Delivery Costs: If you are returning items within the cooling-off period (14 days for online purchases), we will refund the original delivery costs for standard delivery, if item is faulty. 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Faulty Goods: If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to return it for a full refund, repair, or replacement. Contact us at tasclothings11@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at tasclothings11@gmail.com, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

6. Proof of Purchase

  • Required Documentation: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
